You’ll need:
120 g Spicy Crest & Radish Microgreens
2 x Tins Pear Halves in Syrup (2 x 410 g)
125 ml Pecan Nuts, chopped
125 ml Dried Cranberries
80 g Blue Cheese, Crumble
Instructions
Drain Pear halves and cut into smaller peaces
In a large salad bowl spread out all the Microgreens evenly. Follow with the rest of the ingredients in the following order: Pears, Blue Cheese, Chopped Pecan nuts and top it of with dried cranberries
